Staying at Aira Boutique Hanoi Hotel & Spa was an absolute dream! the attentive staff made our check-in to check-out seamless, providing excellent recommendations for nearby attractions. the Vietnamese, Japanese, and International cuisine at the restaurant was a culinary delight, and the breakfast served by Nora was exceptional, making our mornings even more enjoyable. The room was not only beautifully decorated but also exceptionally clean, with a comfortable bed that ensured a restful night's sleep. the proximity to Hanoi's popular points of interest like the Hoan Kiem Lake and the Vietnam Fine Arts Museum made exploring the city effortless. the staff's kindness and flexibility, especially during a minor illness, truly touched our hearts and made our stay all the more memorable. Overall, Aira Boutique Hanoi Hotel & Spa's combination of a charming atmosphere, friendly staff, and convenient location near key attractions truly sets it apart.
